Guests will enjoy a private dining experience at the Palladium prior to the event at the Hippodrome. This year, Chef Jason Rolf, Executive Chef of The Grape, will be serving an exceptional menu. Michelle Henkel, Wine Steward for The Grape, will also be serving a wonderful selection of wines. Together, they are creating an incredible VIP experience you won't want to miss.
Jason Rolf became interested in cooking while working at restaurants as a young man. That interest led him to seek professional training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas. The next 22 years carried him to the kitchens of restaurants across the country, such as Uchi, a Japanese sushi restaurant in Austin, Big Sky Resort in Montana, and the Montauk Yacht Club Resort in New York. Jason now manages daily operations while showcasing his unique culinary talents as head chef at The Grape. Along with him is Michelle Henkel, Wine Steward & Event Coordinator of The Grape.
Guests will enjoy a lively private pre-show party at Cultivate 712 complete with heavy hors d'oeuvres and beverages by Chef Corey McEntyre of Milo All Day. In addition, you will be seated at ROUND tables at the Hippodrome! No more long rectangle tables.
Hand a Georgia boy a biscuit and he’ll make it into a meal. That’s Corey McEntyre’s story— homegrown, hands-on cooking, just like his Grandma taught him. When it comes to food, Corey unleashes his unique, Enneagram-4 personality. He always pushes the boundaries of what’s possible and wants to make you feel good in the process. In fact, Corey would argue that you most definitely can (and should) eat your emotions. Family is his ingredient of choice, and Corey loves drawing inspiration from his community and the desire to create meaningful experiences.
Guests will also enjoy an intimate pre-event gathering on the second floor at the Hippodrome. Heavy hors d'oeuvres by The Hippodrome will be served. A cash bar will be available with a selection of beverages.
